Paris is the Chair of WeBC, where she champions women’s entrepreneurship and the integration of diversity, equity, and inclusion into our social and economic systems. Based in Campbell River, Paris also supports Trades and Technical programming and industry engagement at North Island College.
A strategic, values-based leader, Paris is deeply committed to reconciliation through collaboration and reciprocity. Known for her ability to connect ecosystems, build meaningful partnerships, and turn ideas into action, she brings a creative and solutions-oriented approach to every initiative.
With a background in change management, education, and policy governance, Paris has led transformative programs across sectors. She holds a Master of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University and is completing her Provincial Instructor Diploma through Vancouver Community College.
Paris has served on the boards of Island Women in Science and Technology, the Vancouver Island University Alumni Association, and the Greater Nanaimo Chamber of Commerce. She continues to advocate for inclusive leadership, community-driven innovation, and the advancement of women entrepreneurs.
