What is 48 h Top Chrono?

It is a business competition in French that brings together immigrant entrepreneurs to share ideas, form teams, design prototypes and launch startups. During an entire weekend, participants take part in conferences and workshops and follow the first steps of developing a project with renowned coaches and mentors.

Who can register?

The event is aimed at French-speaking or bilingual permanent residents. The next edition targets entrepreneurs and future entrepreneurs residing in British Columbia, the Prairies or the territories and who wish to familiarize themselves with the Francophone entrepreneurial ecosystem before starting a business.

Dates and location

The entrepreneurial competition takes place from March 22 to 30, 2025 in virtual mode:

  • Saturday, March 22,  9 a.m. to 12 p.m. (UTC-7): Ideation workshop (virtual)
  • Friday, March 28 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. (UTC-7): launch, training and conference
  • Saturday, March 29 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (UTC-7): teamwork, canvas development and pitch
  • Sunday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (UTC-7): presentation to jury members and award ceremony
